Meet Henry Lesher
Henry Lesher is the founder of The Competitive Edge Coach and has spent more than 35 years coaching people through career growth and job change. A former executive vice president at two of the nation's largest outplacement firms, he now coaches recent college graduates one-on-one and is the author of Rewrite Your Script.
What experience does Henry bring?
Henry spent his career inside the outplacement industry, where companies pay experts to get displaced employees rehired quickly. As an executive vice president at two of the largest firms, he worked with thousands of men and women, many from Fortune 100 companies, and directed major outplacement projects for several large employers.

Why does Henry coach recent graduates?
Because recent graduates face the hardest version of the job search with the least preparation for it. The methods Henry taught executives for decades, like targeting unposted roles, mastering the first 90 seconds and negotiating the whole package, work just as well at the start of a career, and they compound for decades after.

Robert Mallon
An executive, lecturer and coach, Bob holds degrees from Rutgers University and a JD from St. John's School of Law. His honors include the Spirit of Honor Medal from the U.S. Army. A lifelong mentor to young professionals, he joined TCEC to help graduates take their place in the working world.
